I agree... We visited the place last month. I did not get a chance to talk to the lady but the guy you are referring to was there. He sure needs a lesson in etiquette.
Too bad - their products might be good but I'd rather deal with a more polite seller. And there are lots of options in Bangalore - Plunk, Soul space, Cane Boutique, etc.

I dont know about the quality of work they do but the owners of this place are really rude peopl. There is a lady and I guess his son who own this place. Very stuck up people.
I went there to check out for some furniture and on asking for the price, there behavior was totally impolite and full of disdain. They showed as if they had no interest in their customer and the way they spoke made me feel I am in a school and they are the teachers.
I walked off from that place feeling bitter and I will never ever advice anyone to deal with them.
They might be good at what they do..but treating people right is I guess the first criteria for a good businessperson
