Bay Leaf: Bayleaf is a popular Indian restaurant with the young crowd of Bangalore. The food, prompt service, decor are enhanced by the inhouse singer who strums up your choice of songs on his guitar and harmonica. This small restaurant is perennially crowded, where people usually make a bee-line for the usual north Indian delights such as Biryani, stuffed Paranthas, Baigan Bharta, Kheema Mutter, Aloo Tikkis and Paneer Tikkas. If its a special date or an official dinner, you could order for wine as well. You can enjoy the city life going by through the huge windows in the restaurant. You could conclude your dinner with Gulab Jamuns.

i was not impressed. it was similar to any lunch buffet you can find.

I had heard a bunch about this place. The lunch buffet was not that impressive but I'd like to go back for dinner sometime. It's definitely tasty but not amazing. The appetizers were definitely the best.
This restaurant does not accepts Sodexho Meal Pass. They never did this in last 6 years.
Nice food, but very costly. Also that it's quite cramped, the tables are too close to each other for comfort. But yeah, if you have a date in the evening, go right ahead... the ambience might just suit you fine.
Soothing music, spicy chicken dishes and oops how can I forget .. nice crowd :)
