Total disappointment , i took bought groupon voucher for keratin reconstructive treatment for which i paid 3k and after reaching the salon they told my hair is too long than 3 inch below shoulder which is unfortunately not true. But i was okay with paying 4k finally . I got the treatment done in the afternoon and my hair looks same as it was before by night. I have been robbed . I paid 4 k for almost nothing . Biggest fraudsters. My hair is still frizzy and man ! They are so fake . The service is so poor . Result is less than hair spa. Be aware guys ! Dont fall by the big name .
My experience at the Shahnaz Husain Salon, Koramangala was a TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT. the ambience was horrible... a small room that was totally packed with customers and beauticians... a quick snip-and-snap kinda hair cut & a heafty bill of 700/-. I was denied a receipt when I asked for it as I felt the cost was abnormal. Finally asked for the feedback note, which the lady at the reception gave after a lot of hesitation .... i did put my comments, but not sure if it is music in deaf ears.
