Hi All, Please do not go to them. These people are really unethical. My laptop had a problem with the display chip which I got it diagnosed from the company service center. Company people told me if I could get the display chip replaced then, it would work as brand new. My laptop was in full working condition before I gave it to WeReachInfotech. They committed for 2-3 days whereas they took 4 weeks. Initially they told they can replace the display chip but 1 day they called and said the motherboard of my laptop is beyond repair. I went to their office to collect my laptop. They said it is with some other service center(MicroWorldRepairs). Hence it proves they do not do servicing themselves. I had lap for trouble shoot the issues of Harddisk related issue,but they were replaced some other different h/w componenet that will not giving perm sol.Agai i raised the issue,they were keep on changeing the componenets that they have to be gain/survive.
iam not sure that are they reallly replaced with the new componenets.

Had a very bad experience with these guys. They promised me delivery in 2-3 business days but they took almost 2 weeks for me to deliver. At them time of taking my laptop they promised their prices are competitive & we can trust them. However later I discovered that the prices that they charged for the parts was very very high compared to other vendors in Bangalore. And when I raised this with their manager someone Mr Reddy, he said this is our business model. We tell X price for a part & later on its customer headache if he finds that he has been cheated. Am still surprised to see how service providers like these who cheat customers survive in this market. Anyone taking their laptop here - PLEASE be extra careful on what they claim & do yo

I had problem with my speakers of Acer Laptop. I went to Wereach infotech to get the speakers replaced. He did not replaced my laptop speakers and he called and told me that the laptop is ready and come and collect it. After I went to his shop I found that the speakers are not replaced and he tried to cheat me. But I caught him. Then he told me to come and collect the laptop the next day. Next day also when I went he did not replaced the speakers but he took out 2GB RAM from my laptop. I argued with him then he gave back my laptop RAM. He is a big cheat. Dont prefer going to his shop.
I have give my laptop for repair and they have repaired it and give. They give 3 months warrenty for sapre part, parts rejected after 3 months 20days.
And also they have changed my DVD drive with CD drive.
Please don't give it to them you also may loose good part of your laptop.
They are big cheaters... please read reviews on them before putting your fingers..
