1 of the worst stores ever i bought accessories worth 2600 - a USB charger wjhich sparked in not even a week and they are not ready to exchange, bought note cover - broke within a week ..please do not buy any accessories or cell phones from Sangeetha.. simply liars
I have terrible experience with these people, they will lie to you right on your face.
While taking the phone they were keep on saying that today is special offer and you will be getting insurance cover on to your phone upto 75%.
But after purchasing the phone ,when i asked them for the insurance paper ,they gave me it off 50% cover.
On asking that insurance paper is not correct ,they told me that the offer was till yesterday ,and they have told it to me by mistakenly.
Not Only when i ask them then why you guys were telling it to me that offer was today, the answer was sorry you already has purchased we can't do anything now.
I am planning to buy Sony Xperia Neo L mobile. I've seen in Internet that in sangeeetha mobiles, it showing reasonable price. so thought of buying and have called the sangeetha mobiles in Forum mall, for the landline no, they are not attending the call after ring going, and the specified mobile number was switched off.. pathetic..
Very poor Customer support and they dont have proper technical knowledge.

The sales man who is in Black dress (Sabarimala Swami) misleading customer that HTC one X having the very special option that " we can connect external USB hard disk!!!! and he was arguing that he already tested with 250 GB USB HDD. what to say......
here with attaching a link from HTC company saying USB HDD will not work with it.

What a pathetic showroom and what a pathetic store manager(forgot his name). I stepped into the store, looking for a galaxy s2 phone and I encountered this guy. They were charging 650 extra for providing their so called "insurance", another way of cheating people. I asked him why are you charging 650 extra when the same mobile is available for lesser rate in the Samsung showroom just beside this showroom and he straight forward told me "if you want to buy it's your wish else you can buy from the other store". I asked him, "Is this the way to talk to your customer?". Anyways he did not seemed bothered about it and started arguing with me. Sunil save the day!! I was having trouble with my phone Sony Ericssons Vivaz, a guy at the desk asked me to go to the showroom but then as I was getting the direction, Sunil the salesman came to help with the direction, he then asked me about the problem and Walla!!! he solved it!! That saved me from all the trouble of looking for the showroom.. and with that $$$ that I would have to spend unnecessarily.. thanks a ton Sunil!

I walked into the showroom wanting to buy Samsung Galaxy this sales guy convinced me into buying a LG 360i told me it has all the feautres as compared to Samsung galaxy .. But now realised it does not have push mail feautre the most needed feautre..
