My experience at the Shahnaz Husain Salon, Koramangala was a TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT. the ambience was horrible... a small room that was totally packed with customers and beauticians... a quick snip-and-snap kinda hair cut & a heafty bill of 700/-. I was denied a receipt when I asked for it as I felt the cost was abnormal. Finally asked for the feedback note, which the lady at the reception gave after a lot of hesitation .... i did put my comments, but not sure if it is music in deaf ears.
