Via Milano: Come to Via Milano for authentic Italian fare crafted by Venetian chef-owner Paolo Nonino and the city's finest Italian wine cellar. If you are a seafood fan, the Frutti de Mare Pizza is perhaps the best pizza you can get in Bangalore. The Straccetti di Cernia with eggplant caviar, olives and pan-seared groupers is a clear winner among the exotic salads. And, when it comes to indulging your sweet tooth you will be spoilt for choice. Service is attentive and they valet too. Buon Appetito!
Sea Food is good but I think Veggies should rethink again as Veg food is very normal. Waiters do not know much to suggest you anything. You will see it's real pricer side if you order wine (My
friend got sip of wine when he ordered for glass of wine). If you are nov-veg and would like taste some good sea food, I guess you should surely visit it once.
the thing i like abt Via Milano is that they have balanced the veg nd non-veg menu really well,so theres no question of either species feeling "left out". the booze selection at via milano
was a downer nd imho, the sole chink their armor.
"Magnifico"!!!one word which sums up the Via Milano experience...they serve the best parma ham and melon in town,,,...having said that.. if you are a veggie then your choice is extremely
limited....
This is the best Italian food I've had in Bangalore. Nice ambience, and good service. They serve bread and vinegar/olive oil at the start. Pastas are great, lasagna is also good. Slightly
pricier, but well worth it
Via milano , what can I say ? The food is like nothing you have ever tasted in Bangalore. The partners are Paulo , ( Italian) he is the chef and insists on only the BEST ingredients, Carl and
Roger , the MOST friendly people who will always welcome you. All three are the owners / partners. If you want to impress your girlfriend / future mother-in-law / boss , take them here. The
service is sooo good without being subservient. European polite. The owners all have many, many years in 5*+ hotels across the middle east , and it shows. They train their staff on a daily basis about
the finer points of service. The food is to âDie For" try the baby chicken with Palma ham ( imported from Italy). If you think you have tasted Pizza, you havânt until you eat Pizza
here,( it is hand-made, and I think even the cheese and black olives are imported!) Do not eat a big main course because the deserts are out of this world!! Not only the taste but even the
presentation is beyond what the Taj or Leela could even dream of doing. I LOVE the seating, normal tables or if you are feeling a little amorous, white leather sofas. The music is great ,
soft jazz , lounge , and never too loud to stop conversation. If you like a drinky ( I Know I do!) the selection of wines is amazing and growing all the time , ask Carl and he will recomend THE
perfect wine to accompany your meal, or some really good imported whiskeys , gins ( London Gordons Dry Gin) and even American, Jack Daniels and Jim Beam. Be prepared
First off - this is not an i-talia. its just a great place to have italian food - simple and full of flavour. The best part I liked about it is the serving sizes- just right for one person (maybe
a liiiitle more). the pasta's are fresh, done just right and with the right amount of sauce - not dripping in white maida sauce.
Try their tortellini - absolutely gorgeous
flavour.
Slightly on the pricier side, but well worth it.
Has valet parking, so dont need to worry about parkinng even though its right at the Sony world junction
