Had been for a team lunch to this restaurant.
AC was not working and even they do not have alternatives.
Non-veg food was Ok. Veg is absolutely worth less.
No starters served. only chats were served. No rotis on time.
Overall, it is very worthless going here. It was a week day, not sure about weekend.
Overall taxes came to be 30% which is again a mystery.
Better I suggest skip this. It not worth for the money.
Worthless food, untrained staff, useless & arrogent manager... cost is not a issue but i expect value for the money i spend..but its worst food ... overal very bad experience in Zaica.dear friends better you eat any cheap outlet in shivaji nagar its better than this zaica.
i had recently been to Zaica for a lunch buffet and it was not at all disappointing as the comments above. NOM. The ambience was just perfect and was the hospitality. As far as the food is concerned, the starters and the soup was just authentic.

I agree with the above 2 comments. first of all we are served water without being asked if we would prefer a bottled water or normal which leaves us to the assumption that the water is provided by the restaurant as part of service. Then you realise when you get the bill that not only did they charge 40/- for the bottle but the prices of their dishes are "worthless" (pardon my usage). Please keep your friends and family informed NOT to venture into places without reviews. I learnt my lesson and i hope this review will help others to choose their evening visit to a place WORTH your peace. :) Cheers n have a nice one folks.
I was a bit surprised to see a Rs 40/- against a 1000 ml bottle of Kinley mineral water that clearly had Rs. 14 as MRP on it. So, I decided to check with the waiter. He explained that as per price that is given in the menu. Please note that the menu did not mention the volume of bottle that will be served. The waiter called upon his manager upon asking a few more questions. This was where, things took an ugly turn, as the manager (someone by the name Charles), suggested that as I may not have visited a restaurant of Jaicas class and quality earlier, I might be completely un-familiar with the normal practice of other (hold your breath) 5 star restaurants. I visited Zaica Brookefileds (same as Kundalahalli) this weekend for dinner.
The moment you enter the restuarant, you get a very good first impression. Spacious, very neat, and slick ambience. You get a good feeling and look forward to a good dining experience. Thats well supported by very good service by the waiters. They take the order promptly, and serve the food in time (In approx. 15 mins in our case). Now you are all set to take a plunge and validate all your assumptions on value of food served.
This is where the downside begins. We were let down by the taste and the quality of the main course dishes. It was more of curry and less of the content. And the taste was definitely not worth mentioning. We had ordered Punjabi Mili-jul
