The owner Alex is a big fraud. He has cheated people in Bangalore by promising them a well structured property layout in Develhalli. Nothing as per the promise is done and the land and sorrounding is as it was 14 years back when he made this claim. He has amased all the money and qutely started a hotel venture in Kerala.
