Sarathy City Taxi

Hi,

I had a very bad experience in my dealings with Sarathy. Recently I had planned a 3 day trip to Coorg, it is around 7 hours from Bangalore. I had arranged for a taxi from Sarathy to start early morning, but the taxi arrived 3 hours late, I had to pass through peak Bangalore traffic and hence lost the first day of my 3 day trip just travelling. On top, the taxi that was sent did not meet the specs I had requested for.
