F******* company alwasys work work no rest sharing leads for other people or fake bills I am requesting you guys not to take live chat service from this company

pathetic service. all the chatters are under qualified to give proper information about anything...
i was very disappointed by the service provided but then i researched and found one company giving similar kind of service. As i have noticed that all the customers who visits my website are all satisfied with the chat and actually appreciates in the end of chat.
i'm now very much happy with service and i don't feel bad to pay them as they charge sensibly.

very poor service is provided by them. And they have lot of bugs in their chat box. and movement all the time over the website page is very irritating. i know this company from 1 year and gives very very disappointing results. leads which are generated are shared to other people also... they charge too much... there is one more company which provides the same service but the quality of their service is fantastic. they have good qualified people and pays very good salary to them ones they complete 3 months in the company. i have noticed the customers who comes to my website enjoys chatting with then and appreciates in the end of chat as i go through all the chats to check the quality of service.

Yes i definitely agree with you guys It is very hopeless service Heard that the business developers give torch-er to the employees they dont even give holiday on republic day.... such a hell and also heard that chandrashekar is the business developer he pays very low salary for the employees 7000 rs per month. What will the employees do with 7k in this costly world

livsrv agents have no idea about anything. they just give recorded answers to eveythng. I had used their service for my website. Very unprofessional company. The agents just use a list of stored answers for every website. So you ask them anyhthing they just look in the list and give a stored answer. You ask anything outside that list they will just not respond or respond with give me ur phone number. I had lot of customer complaints after using livsrv. VEry incompetent company

i used to work for livserv company. They treat all employees very bad. Very poor working conditions. We have not got salary increases in 3 years. There is a lot of abuse and harrassment also.

Terrible customer support. The executive on the other side has no idea on anything u ask. All they want is your phone number. And they give some pre-recorded answers. I tried the service on margproperties.com. It was such a turn off. Marg you have lost me as a customer. Pathetic customer service.

We had used Livserv. Very expensive at over 25 rupees for every chat that they do on ur website. The quality of the chatters they give is also pathetic. Many of their customers do not realise that they are getting a very poor deal by allowing the window to appear immediate. We were being charged almost 1 lakh every month for chats which were 95 percentage useless. So we moved to a button which if clicked the chat window opens. So now we are charged only 10 thousand a month. Chat quality is still pathetic. but atleast we are paying less. Not sure why the marketing person in my compnany continue to pay for it.

Very bad call centre agents. No idea about what they are talking. Just give recorded responses for everything.
