HAS SAID BY SOORAJ IT IS TOTALLY FRAUD COMAPNY , AFTER SALES NOT SERVICE i have purchased bicron ups intially problem they solved SAME on in the year 2009 , as now ups backup is not working, i called mr Gunashekar ADVICED TO send the invoice No. AND SERIAL NUMBER WITH CONTACT No. THE COMPANY WILL SOLVE. THE ADDRESS WHERE THEY MENTIONED NANDINI MANSION IS CLOSED I ASKED NEW ADDRESS HE TOLD BESIDES WOOD LAND SHOWROOM , TODAY WHEN REACHED WOOD LAND SHOWROOM I CONTACTED THE GUNA ANSWERED THE COMPANY IS NOT SERVICING TAKE INVERTER TO SP ROAD AND TRY THEIR TO REPAIR IN THAT AREA , FURTHER I ASKED IAM HERE WOODLAND SHOWROOM BESIDES, WHERE IS THE NEW OFFICE BUILT UP NEW STORIE AND BELIVED WENT TO ANTOTHER PLACE AS TOLD NNEAR TOTAL SHOW

_NEVER PURCHASE APC UPS ONLINE_ because the quality of battery is worst(bicron) my old set of ups apc800sp+pristolite120ah was totally good & long lasting, service phone calls are never picked up for the battery so i called apc service for help they had come & checked the inverter & it was right according to servicer person but the battery gravity level was less than 1150 SO i need to contact bicron service which is allmost impossible

BICRON - A FRAUD Company!!!
Please dont every buy anything from them. I bough a UPS from them for Rs.14,500, withing 4 months the battery died. The UPS wouldn't last for more than 30 mins. I called up the ACP Cust care, they said the battery that is used is not the APC battery but Bicron uses some other battery!!! They told me, they cant do anything about this and that i needed to contact Bicron. I have 3 numbers of their, i called them on all numbers, but it vain, they never attend their calls. I later went to Marathalli and searched for Bicron in their mentioned address, but alas, they have vacated the building. ***THERE IS NO BICRON OFFICE IN MARATHALLI***.

Yes. I am also experiencing the worst after sales support. I have taken Bicron UPS from them. They did not even turn for batter maintenance and UPS repair. One Mr Gunasekhar, is the person who has the phone 9844057472 and doesnot even care lifting the phone and always tells stories. With in one year the UPS is dead and i am trying to reach them since once week. I had called Mr Gunasekhar
This Bicron company located in Marathahalli is only focussed on their sales.
Like any normal customer, who initially don't know what is Square wave / Sine wave,
i approached this dealer only in the name of APC.
I explained my requirement of a UPS that supports LCD TV, Fan, Light.
He suggested me the APC HI800SQ model and i bought it. After an year my 1.20 lakh TV spoiled
and lately i came to know that he sold me a Square wave model UPS and it won't support LCD TV.
He should have suggested a Sine wave model in the beginning.
What made him to sell this junk? It is his business mind.
Bicron is purely sales minded people.....
Never buy any stuff from these cheaters......

Worst company ever. Battery dead in 9 months. They claimed a replacement guarantee within 12 months, but never even came to see the problem with it. After some personal visits to the office and multiple calls and sms for 3 months, someone came over and said that the battery is dead and we have to buy another one. Guarantee was not honoured, please avoid getting cheated by these frauds.

Hi, This customer has used her credit card for purchase, on sending the product by dtdc courier, the same has come back as ââperson not foundââ. this customer has called our call center, for refund of money by cash. this was simply not possible. the amount has been credited back to her card after 40 days of pending with icici geteway. also check this customers address ââ country : franceââ ???

This company is a fraud and a cheat. We tried to order an APC UPS from them. They have deducted the money from our Credit Card and then said the Bank had not authorised the payment! We have still not received our goods and have reported them to our Bank.
Do NOT trust them or buy anything from them.
