Contd.. Dear Mr. Jain, We would not be able to accept the claim for the lost as mentioned by you, as there was no clarity of the articles
that were inside the pkg. It was in general that was mentioned as clothes, books and footwear, so we can not deny the fact as to whether these articles were there or not. Moreover we will not
be providing you any kind of claim and we had only considered your complaint for late delivery and for that we will be only providing you the Gati Mile coupons as per our policies and so there would
not be any kind of deviation on these policies. We would like to inform you that if you are not accepting the coupons then we will not be able to process your complaint any further and so we
request you once again to confirm on the acceptance of the coupons towards the late delivery within 24 hrs from the day of this email and after this we would be closing your complaint. Thanks
& Regards. IVAN My reply : I have accepted the coupons for the deilvery. and it was ur system fault that was not letting me raise more than one complaint. It
was your pick up guy who asked me to just mention in general. If you can't help me then I'm sorry to say but then I'll have to go to consumer court as a case of theft, cheating and non
supportiveness from your side. I've nothing to lose but you guys for sure have a name to become bad which you have already proved by your pathetic service. Please confirm my acceptance of
the freight refund.

contd : My reply : I hope you guys are taking my case/claim request seriously. To my disbelief, I just found that a small box carrying 2 white
coffee mugs worth Rs 600 is also missing. Its not a small damage! This is highly unprofessional. Your service has been very bad and this assures me of not using it ever again. I would strongly deny
it and not let any of my friends/family moving from place to another ever use your service. Please reply back to my request ASAP and let me know in what way I can get my claim money back, and
yes I dont want your coupon because they are again a waste for me as I pledged not to use your service ever again. Hope to get your reply soon else will have to forward my request to your higher
management or put on your website or social network/blog, wherever possible and where it can b heard! Gati's reply : Dear Mr. Jain, Pls confirm that were these articles that

reply : Yes, I was asked to write in general and so I mentioned clothes, books and footwear. Now please dont expect me to write everything in the list when I'm sending 150 kg of luggage. And one
more thing, don't assume that I'll be lying for an empty box even when it had no value. I'm just trying to tell you that your service has been very unprofessional and you are such a
big name, and even then such thing happened. The cartan was opened, these things were stolen and it was packed again and sent to me. And I cant afford so much loss. Please reply back to me ASAP. And
yes I dont want the claim money back in form of your coupons! They are useless for me.

horrible service! they stole from my packed cartans and then packed them again and sent to me! They are now not giving me any claim now after stealing
my 7000 worth items. Here is the mail chain below: In addition to the late delivery, my luggage is short from inside. A lot of things are missing from the packed cartans and locked bags. When I
inquired, they said if my clothes or other items are insured then only I'll get the claim. I wana know if you insure your belts, jackets, socks or undergarments? Most of these things are
stolen from my luggage. Dont understand what kinda people work in your company. Your service has been pure crap, pathetic and a waste of money. It was the worst service I'd ever seen.
I'll never use Gati again and would not recommend anyone to use it. Its utter nonsense in the name of courier/movers service. I might go to a newspaper and get it published too. Horrible

IVAN For your information: One of my luggages was left behind in Bangalore due to which the delivery was late(as told to me). One of the 2 cartans I received was totally compressed and in
distorted and damaged shape even though it was packed. But I believe it was opened and then packed again. Please take a note of the following things which are missing: 1 Leather Jacket worth Rs
5500 Please let me know how to
proceed further to get the claim. And let me tell you or rather ask you whether you get your socks or trimmer insured? The one who has stolen these things have not even left the empty box. Such
cheapness by any service I have never seen. It was a shameless act. Moreover, I was charged Rs 300 for the extra packing by the person who came for the pick up in Bangalore, which was not
mentioned in the receipt. And when I received the luggage, there was no extra packing done on the cartans than just a plastic wrapped to save it from rain. If you people can't help me
then I'll have to take the route to consumer Court. If it was only 1 thing then I would have left it then and there itself. But so many small things have been stolen and gone missing. I
can't agree to it.

worst possible courier company. They say assured delivery but never deliver (forget on time). they just say lost. happened twice with me. Their call center does not answer. I even contacted the regional head but nothing happened.
