Bannerghatta road branch is not listed. Very bad services from just bake for their online bookings. the cakes are good, no doubt, but their services are unreliable and the customer service response is unheard of. After 3 separate incidents, I am sorely disappointed with them. I like their cakes, but they should discontinue their delivery services. first time, delivery came at 9 pm instead of 6 pm, second time, they did not have the flavor (chocolate mousse) for the cake i ordered, and they did not bother call and inform. When i called to ask about why delay in delivery, they inform about not having required flavor...that too, 2 hrs before the party starts. 3rd time, that was on saturday the 26th of oct 2013, i call up at 3.30 pm to ask agai
