Pros: Friendly staff, fair price shop, quick and hassle free service, well organized and credit cards are accepted. Transactions are accurate, and they give you proper change when you pay cash. A "walk in" establishment, so it's safer, more comfortable and more discreet than standing on the footpath to buy meds from other shops. Also has some female staff, which allows female shoppers more dignity and discretion than being forced to deal with men regarding feminine ailments and remedies. It's also in a reasonably secure area in terms of personal safety. Computer generated billing is a plus and you never have to ask for the bill, they just give it to you.
Cons: No home delivery, no website, foreigners have a hard time getting informa ... View Moretion via phone due to certain linguistic barriers so to avoid this they should go in person with a written list of items needed.
Would be cool if they could set up a detailed website that's updated in real time to make it easier for customers to check if the item they need is in stock and how much it costs prior to making the trip.
Travelling anywhere in Bangalore is a nightmare that's best avoided when possible, nobody wants to make the trip only to come back empty handed.
Also such wasted trips are burdensome for sick patients, people tending to sick patients, elderly people, pregnant women and mothers with babies/toddlers. Easier access to information would ease this burden and home delivery would reduce it further.
