Please do not use ICM Pack and mover, my house hold items were damaged by them. After collecting entire freight and insurance on the date of loading, they never gave insurance paper. When I call (09343717007 ) for damage claim they are not responding to my call( My cell number 9686679570) . My father in law Mr. Damodor Sahoo shifted his household from Banaglore to SORO(Odisha). Even they will not tell correct position of our materials. They took 10days to deliver the material in Odisha.

Each and every box of my clothes were wet. I could not find a number of my boxes in order. I had read earlier on web that these guys opens up the boxes, so I and my wife ourselves signed on each box and wrote short inventories on the boxes along the tapes and opening joints to ensure if its opened we find the tampered marks. The trick worked but to save the tampered marks they made the entire boxes disappear. When I shouted where are the boxes with my signature they denied any knowledge and said writtings would have vanished in rain and crap like that. Then I caught them red handed. The unbelievable started. As they brought out my furnitures I couldn't believe what they had done with it. The way they broke my furnitures are unbelievable - My dinning table legs all turned in at 60 degrees inside. The polish vanished. You have to drag the table everyday and keep throwing the legs at the wall for 10 days to make it happen. My designer sofa and as I unwrapped my wife screamed in agony. The head rest just eaten away by rodents can you believe? The backrest broken and damaged so far that the wood almost gave away. We couldn't take any more but it kept coming. Switch to bangalore on 29/6/2013. After many follow ups continuous calls my goods arrived. I was at least glad that the goods are coming. I direct the truck from the main road to my apartment and realize the worst day of my life has started - The supervisor named Satyendra comes out and demands the remaining of the payment. I tell them it was agreed that upon delivering and unpacking remaining amount will be paid. He tells me to go and talk to the person who said that. We argue for sometime and then I suspect something's wrong. I get closer and start checking the things and see that my pedestal fan racks and few things which were visible are broken. ICM Packers and Movers - brings your worst nightmare come true. Yes, thats what should be their tag line. I have done number of movement across the length and breadth of India due to my service but never seen anything like these. After many deliberation I gave them the work because I did not see reviews where they broke or damaged articles. Their sales rep Sunil called me up numerous times to clinch the deal promising world class service and crap. Calls and mails followed by Sumir Doshi, Arvind tripathi all their so called managers from Mumbai assuring secure delivery every time. Trust me all of them are full of lies. ICM guys from Delhi are big time thieves, they guarantee you that your burden of shifting will be reduce and ensure that by take of your valuables during transits.
I have ensured that there site is blocked in the company where I work, so that no one gets cheated further.
People who had experienced the same can contact their local network admin and can perform the same.
Save your peers from these thugs.

Big time thieves, they steal diesel/petrol from cars during transit and will also take of stuff from packed boxes and will repack them as if nothing happened. Be cautious before taking any deal.

We have used the service of Mr.Mahesh from ICM packers and movers thrice. We had an OK kind of experience for the first 2 times and that is the reason we had used their service even the 3rd time when we had to bring a car from hyderabad to bangalore. We have asked them to bring the car in a car carrier and paid 6k for the car carrier service. But after the delivery, we have noticed that the kilometer reading has been increased by almost 800kms. When asked why, they were not able to give an answer. I would say ICM packers and movers are doing a real fraud service and I am sure most of the reviews below are fake even.
