In Kochar I found lots of opportunities to learn and acquire new skills. By the time I am working here every day I learn something new. I interact with many people in the company and everybody is very supportive. For new comers, training sessions are conducted in the company to improve the skills.

I joined this company five years back as a fresher. In five years,this organization has given me ample of opportunities to grow. The co workers are very supportive and working culture is very good but the internal job posting is the best part of this organization which helps me in success. Being the first organization for me, Kochar holds a special place. Working with Kochar is a great experience. The technology used in this organization is amazingly good. Working culture is perfect. There are special training sessions for the freshers to enhance their skills. Management is quite supportive and helps in doing all the challenging tasks. Overall it is good company to work with.
