Editor's Note
Opus Restaurant: Looking for a night-out under the stars with some live music and scrumptious Goan food? Opus is where you head to. While the ambience is certainly inviting, with low seating and pebbled grounds, the service and the wallet factor are not particularly so. There is an entry fee that is a bit disheartening as the food is overpriced. Opus has different themes on different days. Most popular are the karaoke nights and retro nights.

Business Description

The brainchild of Gina and Carlton Braganza, Opus is well-known and loved for its laid-back Goan ambience and food which you can enjoy under the evening sky. The first of its kind in the city, the restaurant is a place where singers, musicians, stand-up comedians, dancers can showcase their talent. The Kroak Nights at Opus and the nation-wide Kroaking competitions have helped launch many young singers. Opus has two branches in Bangalore, Opus Restaurant & Opus Creek. Other fun evening activities here include Booze and Clues Night, Abandon Friday, Flea markets and lots more. Opus also started India's first internet radio station for international music called Myopusradio.com.

I have made a reservation 2 days in advance for a sunday brunch and they had a pottery workshop planned there for whole day which blocked more than half the place but the staff did not care to inform us about it when we booked. Plus when i checked on the buffet spread while b ... View More
