I was with manashosting since 2011. For the last 2 years I am suffering terrible experiences with them. Frequent website downtime, sometimes days. My website rankings with google went down substantially. Everyday I have to raise tickets(There is no chat or telephone options for technical support.) and wait for days to get a reply. One time I raise a ticket that website is inaccessible. Then I get a reply after 4 days saying website is fine. I have 4 days downtime. This happens 24/7. Next day again website goes down. I have no other job than raising tickets and complaints. But no use. Now my domain and hosting is with another company and I am totally satisfied with it. If you want super service, at a very affordable price, then Manashosting is the Best! Manas hosting has excellent service and the best uptime! I am very satisfied with their hosting. Customer support is excellent, they either give you a call back or you can fill out a problem ticket online. Response time is excellent and replies are polite and helpful. I had some early issues that were quickly and professionally resolved. For me, the two most important things are connection speed and price and this company delivers both. I am a very happy with their level of service. I selected them because of price and flexibility, I suggest this to everyone.

Support: So far, I have not seen such a great customer support. People on live support were very helpful even though I'm a beginner, and they gave me basic advice on what I should accomplish even when I decided to change host (reasons later).Uptime and speed: I did not notice any issue with this aspect of hosting. My website isn't a behemoth, Hough, so I can't testify so much on that part. Value: As a renewing customer, I was a bit disappointed by the price they offered me for a 3 years hosting. I was seeing better offers elsewhere so I decided to leave. The customer support did try to find a way to keep me, but it was not enough.

There are many web hosting companies providing many different packages.

me gaurav agrawal manashosting ka customer hun aur mene inse ek product sms gate way purchase kiya tha jo inhone abhi tak mujhe nahi diya jisaka payment me inhe July 2014 me kar chuka hun fir inse continue baat hone pe inhone mujhe payment refund ka commitment kiya tha 2nd of December 2014 ko ki aapka payment any how 2nd January 2015 ko aapke bataye huye bank account me mil jayega but inka commitment again fail ho gaya aur inhone mujhse cpanel ka bhi ek saal ka pesa liya lekin mujhe cpanel every month mujhe renew karwana padta hai......manashosting ek cheater company hai please aap sabhi se nivedan hai ki inke pass pesa kharch kar apna samay barbaad na kare q ki ye customer ko sastey ka lalach deke itna loot chokey hotey
