Visited last weekend on Saturday. 1st of all on the website I was checking for their tele number showed they are closed on Saturdays and Sundays?? Called up and made reservations. They told us downstairs was full and they coud only accommodate us upstairs. Upstairs as we found out alter is a bar lounge with settees and low tables and not a dining area.
No greetings, smiles, Namaste etc in this place. Apparently you are tolerated as a necessary evil.
Food was average. Sauces too thin or too heavy. The bread they served was just average and the garlic sauce was having raw garlic taste. Waiters were unhelpful and clue less. Not worth the money.
I would like to eat my food in a dignified way. If I have too eat like a buffet why pay such prices??
The owner is trying to ride on past glory.
Suggest you do charity to deserving causes rather than waste it it here.

you have to respect these guys for abstaining from the "indianizing" phenomenon which plagues the rest of continental/italian restaurants in the city, Sunny's Restautant has been around for ages nd the menu is sorta etched on the brains of locals, think tis time they revised it.other than that this place is a total must visit,

I visited this restaurant last weekend. Being vegetarians, our choice was limited but what followed didn't disappoint us. We ordered a Thai style salad for the first course which had a very unusual but good gingery taste. For main course, we ordered baked crepes in tomato n cheese sauce and Thai style veggies with rice. The crepes were really yummy with just apt amount of cheese for my taste. The Thai style veggies turned out to be really spicy and I had to give in half way. While visiting this place you should never miss out on the desserts. The cheesecake here is supposed to be the best among in Bangalore. The only disappointment was the service which although timely and prompt lacked the finesse you would expect from a restaurant in this category. A 3 course dinner for 2 costs around 1500/- with each dish including drinks priced between 100 to 300 rupees. A great place for a cozy lunch on a Sunday afternoon in lovely Bangalore weather
