I have paid full money its over 2 years, I could not use any of the holiday till now, I was just planning and now if I call up the above number and its out of service.
I also took membership from True Seasons after paying Rs. 25000/-. I went to Waynad that was my only trip with True Seasons. After that these guys just vanished. Please involve me also if you are taking any action against them.
True seasons, Bangalore collected Rs.30-35000 from various unsuspecting customers promising holidays for 3 years on a timeshare basis. Now I understand that they vanished after taking money from hundreds of unsuspecting customers! Apologies for my harsh words but I have been treated pretty badly today and am utterly disappointed by your lack of service and irresponsible behaviour.
I have been calling your customer care number from last 2 hours - noone has pickedup the call.
Issue:
My query was as simple as it get and I still donât have an answer â I had booked a resort for today but havenât received a confirmation email â what do I need to do next

· Earlier a represe ... View Morentative named Sonali picked up the call but she had no clue on how to handle a customer or a booking.
· She gave me a couple of number all were useless as they were not reachable. This after I had constantly called her in 45 minute period to receive updates.
o The only numbers which I received (all unreachable are)
o 9060142852 - Sivanna
o 9035077818 - Danial
o The person picking the phone (Sonali) on 080-25712183 has no clue whatsoever on bookings and is just there to receive calls and add zero value
· There was not a single instance where Sonali showed the courtesy to call me â this shows your customer commitment
· From last 2 hours â Noone is picking my calls in the booking office
· Its really ironic to see that not a single person is present in the booking office. We have a secretary whose job is just to pass on cell numbers which apparently are unreachable.
how unprofessional is this? I donât see etiquette for the business and respect from staff members on the service.
I haven't got even a proper response on what I need to do since I have not received a confirmation email.
