Is it true that Balaji Builders are starting an unauthorized project on one acre property behind Prashant Extn alongside Vishnu Priya Parimala with no prior approval, proper planning?

he is a fraud.. never keeps his commitment, he takes his own sweet time to complete project irrespective of what he commits. dont expect anything abt amenities, it will take ages to complete and that too few of them, not all. He doesnt even know what he has commited what he would provide. His all workers are waste, dont have knowledge neighter quality of work... Dont book ur flat from this owner..

They are a bunch of cheats from Hyderabad.
-> They promised possession in Dec 09 but its nowhere complete as of June 10
-> luxury amenities are not approved and scrapped
-> ~1 lac of hidden costs
-> Extremely low quality of fittings and finishing
-> Building external color is eyesore.
