I have been a regular customer for YLG whitefield branch but since couple of my last visits i observed the poor management in terms of the appointment procedure.
I called up two days in advance to book my appointment and the person on call confirmed it.After two days, i reached there on correct time.
After i told them that i have booked an appointment,they started searching in their diaries and somehow they found my name on some paper in a drawer...they said it seems the person who took my call didnt write it properly in diary.
Nobody bothered to tell whether i can proceed with my appointment or any beautician is free..
Finally i had to ask that whether anybody is free and then they told i have to wait for half an hour.

Fully satisfied with their service.Although the rates are costly here I don't mind until the service is good!

The haircut at YLG worked perfectly for me. My hair is dry so I asked the suggestion of staff for which option to chose. She suggested me a hair spa specially for dry hair. It worked amazingly well for me.I would like to come here once again.

I have been a YLG gold member(WHITEFIELD) branch, since last 1 year 2 months. I am shifting to New Delhi so iâll not be able to continue with the same. I have recently renewed my member
ship on 1st Dec by paying 30K. Being a preferred customer I have got 1 month extra membership( i.e. from 1st Dec- 31st Jan= 13 months). In my opinion, I find the salon very good apart from a few flaws which is anyways common. The services i get there are:
Hair
1. Head Massage-Almond and Olive Oil(Unlimited)
2. Hair Spa(2 in a month)/ If not hair spa Root touch up can be taken (Unlimited)
3. Hair wash and Conditioner(Unlimited)
3. Blow dry(Straight and Curls)(Unlimited)
Skin
1. Facial(Unlimited)

YLG has been a good service provider. As a customer their services have been satisfactory earlier! But now they have increased their prices and their services have deteriorated greatly which does not really match their revised prices at any level.The staff have a changed attitude. Deteriorated services hiking prices are guiding the customers no where and just out! They are guiding their customers out rather than in!! Its a poor move by YLG!
