At the age of 27, I really didn't want to go for braces. But I had to visit an orthodontist as my smile was not something I liked. It felt awkward showing my teeth and I felt it was high time I start looking for an orthodontist who would correct my smile. While searching for good dental care clinics in and around Yeshwantpur, I found People Tree Hospitals. Dr. Srividya Vasista and her assistants made me feel welcome and she advised me to get braces. My upper and lower jaws were misaligned and there were gaps in between my teeth. I had archwires fitted in my upper and lower arch along with active tiebacks in upper and lower arch. It was really great to read the newspaper today morning regarding the news about People Tree and you. Before saying anything further, we would like to give a brief introduction about ourselves. We had met you as patients a couple of years ago and recently we met as Dr.Udupa's friends. Currently we are also consulting Dr.Adi and Dr. Jothi at People Tree. It was really wonderful to read how you helped the little boy to get the proper treatment with adequate funds arranged from your side, by your initiative to raise the funds. My visit to peopletree hospitals was a very pleasant one.I would like to thank all the employees.I was so impressed with every individual i came in contact with from the security to the receptionist and technicians . Every person was kind respectfully and very helpful. I sing praises for Dr Chetan and Dr Supraja . Their positive attitude , their way of communication and above all genuine Care for babies and children instilled a true feeling of confidence and honesty in their medical skills and abilities. Its one of the worst hospital and the experience i have undergone apart from doctors. Whereas doctors do there work but the rest of hospital staff is filled with inexperienced guys nurse, administration, security. they don't even know or understand the level of requirement, just waste of time and more of money they want to grab from us by unwanted expenses. I rate this as worse.
Doctors' services and hospitality is very good except for the laboratory prices quiet high and the other staff always looking to grab the patient or patients' relatives to the cash counter rather than understanding and guiding the patient's requirement. Pharmacy almost giving the other company drug than what the doctor has prescribed.
