TERRIBLE SERVICE: One of the worst banks in the country and probably the worst branch too at Coles Rd, Frazer Town, Bangalore. Nobody is bothered or interested to help you. I've tried to get online access to my NRE account since 2015. The credentials sent to me to login don't work and till now nobody has bothered. You wonder if they know what customer service is. Instead of helping you, they will try to restrict your access as though you are a criminal. The worst arrogant attitude one can experience.
I recently tried again Jan 2024 and the Manager Halder asked for documents all of which I sent immediately. It's been 2 weeks and nothing as usual, no courtesy. I even dropped him an email 6 days ago asking about the status of my account cr
