Horrible place, I went in for a laser hair reduction treatment and they completely burnt my skin, laser treatments do NOT burn your skin and this was completely due to the negligence of the doctors, the technicians do all the treatments without any supervision ! It took my skin over ten days to get better! . please be careful .
After seeing my feedback, these people sent me a message saying the concerned team would get back to me, and after 1 long month, I get a call today from the same lady at the reception who spoke rudely to me! Was she really the "concerned person"? The idea I thought was to pacify me but these people I believe do not want me to leave me alone, forget setting things right for me. This lady calls again and starts arguing with me once again when I had no intention of getting into this. I have really had enough! First I do not get the results I was assured for, then I am asked to pay for the maintenance session, I am treated badly because I say I am not happy with my results, I write a feedback, I get a call back after a month and then the same l

These guys are really terrible. They only and only mint money in the name of a beauty clinic. I had been recommended an ointment for my face which afer returning home I noticed was nearing expiry. I went back and requested them for an exchange but they refused saying it is beyond thier policies. I was wondering if giving away creams nearing expiry was in thier policies. They mentioned that this particular cream was amongst the best sellers, in that case, I failed to understand how they had such old stock. However in exchange of a Rs 300 cream, they mentioned they could give me a service worth Rs 1500 as complimentary. I was undergoing a laser hair removal treatment for which I paid 40 grand! After 6 sittings too, I did not see any visible effect. I got a call from these people saying my maintainence was due. I visited their clinic and they ask me how satisfied I was with their treatment, I said I was not happy as I did not really see any promising results. The lady at the reception-Ashwini who was sweet all through the sittings suddenly spoke rudely to me, saying if I wanted a maintainence sitting, I had to pay for it!First of all I tell her I am not happy with the effects of the laser and then she asks me to pay extra.
