Horrible people Horrible service Horrible management.. Please dont use this courier service.. The whitefield delivery guy Srinivas (9844424901) tells u on ur face that he doesn't care and he will send back ur parcel.. if u ask for his managers number he wil give some random number and he wil not pick ur call from next time onwards.. Horrible service.. Please avoid
Professional Courier provides worst service.. I had to get a consignment from Bangalore to Pune. I did not get it in my hand even after 10 days. I t has delivered to Pune 8 days before. I called around 15 times to the customer care. Irresponsible fellows are sitting over there. After 3 days, one customer care girl told that she is not getting any response from the branch and gave her manager's number. I contacted manager today. She told me to call back tomorrow. The days are counting.
I have worst experience with Professional courier Bangalore. One of my consignments is not delivered to destination and no proper response when enquired regarding the same with branch and head office of Bangalore.

Worst Service Ever...not only this particular branch but the whole of professional courier is absolutely useless. The Customer care won't pick your calls, I feel intentionally because one moment your call rings through and no one picks up and the next moment their line gets busy...same thing keeps on happening infinite number of times.They don't reply to your emails.They don't have answers why they could not deliver a package in a metro like Kolkata to a place which is merely 4 km from airport.
AND MOST IMPORTANTLY they don't let you know if the package came back....I had to chase my package for 7 days to get it back from them----undelivered.

no proper response from the office as well as the courier guy..
if i call to office they give Courier guy number n told to call..
and if i call tht guy he shouts to call to office not to him..
manner less fellows..
