My name is Hasan, I had purchased a Videocon cell phone on the 05 of May and I was advised by the manger there that the phone has a good customer review and will easily last for 6 months. Within just 48 hours my SIM slot in not functioning, touch screen is not working, and there is too much off static on the phone. When I took my phone back today to UniverCell RT Nagar, first of all the manager started shouting at me to humiliate and insult me and the he said there is nothing they can do and I may go ahead and do what I feel like. Before one month i bought 2 sim cards from your below mentioned store, it takes 7 days for activation and at the time of billing they told me, you will get Rs 80 talktime but still I didn`t get any talktime. From past 25 days I keep on asking them but today they treat me like Dog. I never expect this from UNIVERCELL. Your Executive Used Abusal Language and there are 4 Members they try to hit me, So I raised this Complaint It`s my humble request Kindly Resolve my Problem. Take Further action on Executive.

Univercell is providing most worst service in the earth.Recently,I purchased Samsung Galaxy S III from Kattriguppe outlet. First of all the sales persons are busy in watching IPL match.In the middle they offered me the mobile and failed to mention that will require Micro sim.I used SCB credit card for making such payment and at that time they told me I can get EMI option by paying Rs 299 as processing fees.However in my monthly bill that EMI option was not given and hence I paid the entire amount.Now,it has been converted in to EMI and charged processing fees.I asked SCB to waive off that processing fees.But they told that is not possible,since,it has been charged by the Vendor.Now I am trying to call their call center no one is picking th ...
