Inexperienced neurology doctors – Heartless money oriented hospital BGS Global Hospitals- Kengeri- Uttarahalli- Bengaluru.(aka BGS Gleneagles Global Hospitals- Kengeri). My nephew was admitted in BGS Global Hospital last year for brain tumor. Dr. Venkatramana and his inexperienced junior doctors (Vikam, Amith) did the first surgery. Dr. Venkatramana did not spend enough time during the first consultation .Immediately, he concluded that (within 10sec) surgery is must. He totally spend 30sec with us and didn’t even answer our basic queries. He didn’t even talk to us after surgery. We tried to reach at least one doctor to explain discharge summary but no one was around. When nurse called junior doctor (vikarm) he didn’t resp ... View More

It is a dangerous hospital killer hospital,a living hell if patients go there death is guarented survival nill, this is about tertiary stage liver patients, others fate to is same

had the pathetic experience in BGS Global Hospital Bangalore, my relative had some minor problem for which we went, they scared us that this may be life threatening and took the hospitalization.

There bed charges is very heavy Rs 6k+Nursing Charge Rs 1200 +Doctor Charge Rs900+ Duty Doctor n so on ...

Here are the key points what we observed

** They will keep you in hospital for many days without reason just to make money.
** Doctor Tejaswi believed in making money and will misbehave if you ask any question.
** Service is pathetic and everyone will give different answer, Although charges are more than reputed one like Apollo but service is pathetic.

*Please don't trust BGS Global Hospital and doctors

My father is at BGS Bangalore hospital now.
careless nature of nurses and doctors.

surgery scheduled 9am morning, but not happened till 1pm same day. patient is empty stomach and hungry.
Hospital is not careful towards patients age, treatment etc...

THIS IS MY LAST VISIT TO BGS WORLDWIDE.

WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL TO ANYONE ANYMORE..

ITS HELL.........................

I had taken my mom for trigeminal neuralgia complaints. He did not even touch her once and concluded that she has that disease. No time even to look into her old medical records. In a minute he concluded that she needs a surgery. She is 76 and has so many risk factors. When we asked about the risk, he gave evading answers saying that even a 'finger stitching' can cause death! That is not what I expect from my doctor at least. I went to his clinic on referral from my family physician Dr Krishna Murthy. I did not find this guy trust worthy at all. I met couple of his patients in the waiting area. They were also were unhappy with him for various reasons. I was told that this doctor does not conduct any operations now a days, he has a large tea ... View More
In response to Kaiser Raja My mom, in the first place should not have been operated upon. We were not talked about pulmonary embolism till her death. The doctors in BGS are best described as book worms. They say this supposed to react like this in this much percentage of people. What if it doesn't. they have no clue U say patients ask we are spending so much money, we want guarantee that the patient will survive Even god cant gurantee My ansswer God doesn't gurantee, but god doesn't charge lakhs of rupees like u do If I don't gurantee good performance at my job, I will be punished for my imcompetence. Was Dr. Srikkanth punished for operating my mom without knowing the consequences and taking her life away in the process Dr. Kaise ... View More
*BGS Global Hospital Neurology department Most of the doctors are young and Inexperienced *They are not competitive enough to save life of a critically ill patients * Death is compulsory if a brain stroke patient is admitted to stroke ICU of BGS global hospital *They don't have a effective protocol to save the life of massive brain stroke patient *Each doctor gives different opinion for the same patient in neurology dept *They are very good at prolonging the life of a critically ill patient by providing ventilator, nor adrenalyl injection for heart to function , dialysis *They simply say that the patient is STABLE even though he is near to death *STROKE ICU is very costliest ICU in ASIA per day its almost more than 25 ...
