Worst service i ever seen
talking to a Customer Care is like a really pain, He keep holding half an hour 45 min & finnally tell that the System is down, Its a real nuisence.Versefull Experience today i have got.

Hi, I lost my debit card, have blocked the card, later i want to check the status of new card
but I am not able to connect to proper department, the automated service will put us in
the same loop, its rediculus, Kindly do the needful arrangement to readh the customer care
in one dial. people are wasting time and Phone call keep selectinng options, finally they are in the bigining stage only
i did not see such a waste bank like standard charted in my life
try from mobile and not from landline
there is no telephone numbers for this branch....realy a useles bank....i am fed up
