DO NOT TRUST YOUR REPORTS TO BE ACCURATE. My results were way off than normal and even after repeated request that there was something wrong with the results they refuse to retake the tests!

Very irresponsible staff. Patients go there in emergency, but staff has no sense of urgency. Even after repeated calls I did not receive my blood test reports. Never visit the place.

It does not deserve to be called a medical institution. They are just money minded. The staff has no sense of urgency and can't even answer basic questions. They charge exorbitant registration and consultation charges. If you want to be defrauded, visit this place.

Went multiple times to the ENT there. Dr. Anitha is absolutely great, but Dr. Sanjay Kumar is to be avoided. Asked me to remove my tonsils, and subsequently offered the address of his other clinic in Kmgla, where he would do it. Dr. Anitha and a third opinion did not agree with him, obviously.

Also, Dr. Syed in the dermatology dept. is great. Dr. Partha Sarthi is avoidable.

Pathetically organised place. During tests, it is ok. But without informing the timings, they close the lab in the evening. Yesterday, I went to the lab to collect my reports and the lab was locked and closed !!!! I travelled from Yashwantpur to Koramangala for this and left office early. Will they now reimburse my petrol bills?
