Hi This is Sandeep here from Bangalore, working at Arvind Brands. Have purchased a Nalli Silk saree from Big Kids kemp. The saree was displayed in mannequine and it catch my eyes. I purchased the saree to gift and when the saree was thouroughly checked, could find damage with naked eyes. The quality was poor. The saree was worth Rs. 5.1K and was wrapped in brown sheet while delivered. By the time billing was done. I asked them to provide one more piece of same pattern but it was not there in the store. So I did asked to cancel the invoice and pay the amount back after deducting excise duty, tax and other surcharges, which was not agreed and have to walk away from the store with nothing, without saree and not even the money.
