Altough they have a great collection of stationary items they need to improve their customer service.
Please do not visit Staples at Garuda mall... if you are looking for a good service, this is not the right place!!! They even lost a bag of mine giving it to someone else who was visiting the store!!! I also heard of a customer whose water bottle was given to someother customer who happily took it even though they gave the security the wrong tag details... I feel the manager is involved in doing all such things ans steal the customer... Pathetic!!! Disgusting!!!
