Editor's Note
Mynt: Mynt is indulgence personified. If you are in a mood for that weekend extravagance, drop in at Mynt in Taj West End for some lip smacking Lebanese, Italian and Indian cuisine. Amidst landscaped gardens and lawns, you can enjoy the sumptuous Lebanese cuisine, which is a hot favourite amongst the Bangloreans. Do try the pan-fried fish known as Samak Makli and the exquisite range of deserts such as pancakes dipped in rose syrup. Dont forget to try the thin crust pizzas in the Italian range of menu and in the Indian section taste the Nilgiri Biryani or the Chemmeen Curry.

Good service, their buffet is on rather late but we once managed a special at a more regular dinner time. Like their salads and their pizza. Come Once Guy's to Mynt.........................................!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Good service, their buffet is on rather late but we once managed a special at a more regular dinner time. Like their salads and their pizza. The Indian food is rather so-so and if you are vegetarian (green dot style - as in no eggs) - the choice of desserts is rather limited.

If you are going to order ala-carte and like couscous/middle eastern/moroccan style stews - the vegetarian tagine is certainly worth having - you may want to ask the chef to go easy on the butter in the couscous or better yet - use olive oil (don't know if they can do that but should ask).

Wait staff are efficient courteous and prompt - add to it the outdoor seating, it's a nice place to go especially earlier in the evening/night as the crowd shows up late.

Mynt is set amidst lush gardens and is a great place to go crazy over Italian and Lebanese cuisine. The place is like forever crowded so if your planning to go on a weekend do book in advance. In spite of the pricey menu, the place attracts people in hordes, which speaks of the quality on offer.
I used to go there very often when I used to work on Race Course road.... Have great memories of spending time with my teams. Love the pizza out there in the lunch buffet they have. Obviously you need a fat wallet to go to Taj but worth it specially if it is too late at night.
