given to first service call me yr scooty ready but i reached that time cleaning start oil may be not change and sure milage problem not touch by machanic
with lot of dust,soil at vechle and not air blower used and hand over to me
not given bil due to server problem
at home i was lock sheet but not work mean after servising in my vechle new problem start very worst service only source of income in dasarahalli

This is the worst showroom you will ever come across. Staff is totally dumb and not supportive. after taking the full payment they didn't give delivery on the committed date. They are not giving complete documents and no. plates for which i have already paid. i went there 3 times after delivery and every time they make some stupid excuse. When i call them they didn't receive the phone. they are making fool of customers. If i can give i would rate them negative 5 stars as they are spoiling the name of Honda brand. Don't waste your time and energy by purchasing from them.

I had a horrible experience with this dealer, I recently (19-12-2014) bought a Activa-I. We have paid the full amount and were waiting for the delivery of the vehicle. We got a call to come and pick it up at 6 pm, we reached the Planet honda at 6 and had to wait till 7.20 and the staff were not responding properly and tried to charge us a extra 400 bucks, stating that we dint give address proof, when I had already given them my Voter Id and 10th marks card xerox. Finally it was around 7.40 and they were in a hurry to close the shop and dint even fix the mat or clean the vehicle(Ya the vehicle was covered in dust), it did not even look like a new vehicle.They shoved the vehicle outside and closed the shop, when I started the vehicle I notice ... This is worst experience with Planet honda Rajajinagar. I have paid complete amount & booked the Honda activa committing the delivery of week to 10days. Its almost now 20 days no delivery & the behaviour of the employees is horrible, they just dont listen to customer. Every time you call you will speak to new person will tell some stories & there would not be any connect of our previous discussion. I think customer only has to call every time & remind them for every action..

I have brought new Honda activa from this showroom, At the time of booking they were good, but after cash as paid they are not bothered at all. When i was trying to call to ask what happened to the bike, they are picking the call it will ring at all the time.
After delivery i want to buy safety guard, I paid money for that, but they are not ready to fix it. i told them that i pay extra money to fix.
Then some one agreed to it. And took the bike to fix. That person doesn't know how to fix it.
They are very rash they don't know how to handle the bike. For washing the they will take the bike to ground floor. The guy will go in fast and hit the wall.

I have decided not to visit that showroom again.

Overall worst experience.
