We all know the reality of Mataflex and your character and why you have been asked to leave.. no good company keeps guys like u, who doesn;t have any ethics.
Company that grows you in your career is what Mataflex... and there is no such issues like salary and all.. everythink is good..
My sincere advice to all the viewers about this company , please do not join this company by going through their website or any other postings from Mataflex Technologies as it is not professional company and all the information provided about their services offerings is fake and they don't have any physical offices at overseas locations as they have mentioned UK/USA/Singapore. All they have is just a couple of offices in India with improper infrastructure facilities and stupid policies.
They won't pay the salaries properly , with out any intimation they deduct the salary 1000's together by saying as fine against 5minutes late to the company, 2minutes late login time,lunch hour should not exceed more than 15minutes.
