Got my scooter's battery(Exide) replaced as it had died. The battery gave after 1 year (even though the warranty was for 18 months). Went to this service center and they said ok we will check with the battery vendor and get it replaced with new one. Meanwhile they fitted the some temporary battery. 3 months went by and there was no response. Finally again went to the service station and asked for the same. The response I received was sorry we couldn't chase the battery vendor. So they asked if they can replace with the battery they generally use in TVS bikes. I said ok. Horrible experience. Very bad sevice. they simply take more money. instead of reapiring they create problems in vehicle. I faced many problems after servicing here. Pickup issue, silencer issues many. dont value for customer time also. i m very upset with this showroom.

I very much agree with Naveen's review here. Though I had not bought my Wego from them, I went for a service. They told battery has to be replaced. They fixed a new Exide battery and battery died after 9-10 months. Since it was under warranty, they said they will get it replaced. 3 months went by I did not hear anything from them. Finally I had to go and ask for it. So they said exide is not there. Asked them to fix new battery of whichever brand they have. While servicing I looked at the replaced battery and found it was a second hand battery. When I asked Service manager says "Spare part manager gave me that" I don't know anything. And no answers from Spare part manager. Finally after shouting, they got a new battery. I will never ever go

The best Service center for TVS in Bangalore. The above reviews says the technicians are not qualified to fix the problem with bike the person shouldn't hold MBA either. my experience with this show room is from past 3 years.... there are two Head mechanics who took care of my bike all these years one MR. Raghu for long long time, now he has been shifted to their new show room in Marathahalli. Another Mr. Suresh awesome servicing experience with these guys. These guys are really engineers of the TVS Bikes. just mention the problem they will fix it with ease and the response from the supporting crew is also wonderful.

Very bad service and technicians are not qualified. Instead of analyzing actual problem, they do a small fix which will create new problem. For example, I was having problem with gear shift, sometimes if the bike is in 4th gear, gear is getting neutral, I used to explain this problem during every service. During last service they tighten clutch wire to solve this issue. Which is not an actual solution. After that my bike pickup got reduced and getting pain fingers during and they are asking me to get the bike again to show room.
