Working in the Company realy helped me enhance my technical proficiency.Writing on latest technology news Keep me Updated all The Time about the happinings in the Techno world.Management/Hr is always open to an Idea and Suggestion been given. I really like the Flexibility been given to me as per my request. I asked for a quite environment & access To Music- obviously,which was Accorded for my comfort.
I am working with Rigel Networks from The last 2 years. It Is Being one Of The Best Company whith Whom I Had worked till now. You will find a Peaceful and pleasant environment to work Over here. The main pluse point working with Rigel Network is That It's 5 days working (from Monday To Friday), gives flexible working timings and Lot Of Activities (indoor games, internal tournaments etc.) are going on the Weekly basis. Training sessions are also organized on every first Saturday of the month for the Overall personality development.
Good work environment & infrastructure. A place where you can balance your work & personal life. Company provides good benefits & timely rewards to employees for their efforts & hard work.
I have been working in this company from past 1.5 years. I work directly under the CEO. He has always motivated me and shown confidence in my work from the day 1 itself. No matter how the team is performing or if the goals are met or not, he always has an alternative to make things work & drive it in the positive direction. I have been given many opportunities in this short span (for which I am thankful) that has brought out my inner potential and have boosted my confidence a lot

I started my career as software programmer with Rigel Networks about 4 years back. Itâs been a good journey overall. I was given opportunity to work directly with client and have been involved in multiple projects. Management and senior staff has been very supportive and helped me grow as a lead and a programmer as well.
If you want to work on a challenging environment and are ready to take challenge this is the place for you to display your skills and ability.
The last two years of working in Rigel Networks has indeed been an enriching experience. This is the place where I started my career and I am really proud of it. I am thankful to Mr. Vishal Dalsania and all the seniors under whom I worked & learned this much. The knowledge that I gained here is vast. There are times when I know things that even a person with more than 5 years of experience does not know & that is the time I realize how much the company has given to me in terms of technical knowledge & experience.
