Excello Dry Cleaners

Extremely bad experience with the brand new silk embroidered blouse that was given! Clearly the material has been burnt w ironing and looked very stretched! The staff, a lady, had the audacity to say, that the garment was like that even like that when it was given, and later defended saying that it is a bad material! After a heated discussion, when i said i need a reimbursement for the damage, she said she cannot. And then when i asked her manager/ boss's number, she with a tone of arrogance says " he will call u, and u cannot call.him". Heights of mismanagement and Extremely poor customer service! I strongly DO NOT recommend this place! This is the very 1st time I'm giving a negative review! Such was the experience!
