To whom so ever it may concern. I had a very unpleasant service experience about Kun hyundai. Those fuckers are really nonsense when it comes to customer services. If anyone using reading this complaint or anyone buying hyundai please do not buy it just because of this fuckers service. go for Maruti
Today on 24th Mar - 2013 I got a letter from Hyundai that there is a free health check. I went to their place and they asked me to wait for 1 hour. I waited patiently but later they say that your car will be delivered only tomorrow. I said I have work with my Car and it is just a point check so please just check and let me know the problems.. WORST MANAGEMENT...POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE...
Took my car for (starting trouble) alternator repair. I was convinced to takeup the servicing and 80K timer belt replacement. They told the delivery will be 3 days later. I accepted. Was expecting some call from them regarding the findings (any replacement, etc) but none. On the 3rd day, since I've not heard from them, I called the Mobile no provided by the service staff. But it was out of reach/switched off. I tried the reception and they told the Staff has gone on leave due to someone's death. They told they'll call back but never did. I had to call again and they gave one Mr. Ravi (front office staff) mobile number. I called him and he told he is not in the office and he's gone for attending

Myself suresh ,.. i gave my hyundai santro zing for 1st serivce on 10-oct-2009 to Kun Hyundai Service Centre,Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai... i got back my car on the same day,.. with good water wash of my car that too only the outter body,... when i bend my self and watched the lower surface of the car i was stunted that they did'nt clean the lower body of my car and while water washing my car they disconnected my music player eletrical connection ,...i asked them to repair it properly they gave a reply that they dont have a eletrical enginneer in there serivce centre soo they can't repair it now so they suggested me to check it with outside serivce to get repait it,... Am much worried about moi car now :'(
