Please try to teach your Tele callers. They doesn't know, how to approach customers. If they don't have patience in this job, please remove them. Very shame to say... Using loose words ... I made a complaint against the person those who misbehave with me. Till now you didn't take any disciplinary action against them.

They are the most useless, most IRRESPONSIBLE, most DISHONEST CHEATS you could ever go to. Their receptionist is both RUDE and will ask you repeatedly for your details even if you gave them 5 min ago, 10 min ago, 15 min ago.. over the course of SEVERAL DAYS. If at all they answer your call, THEY WILL CUT YOUR CALL also several times. Or they will put on music for 10 mins, 15 mins so that you have to keep holding and holding and holding. At the end of all that they will gives you FALSE PROMISES or NO INFORMATION and continue to LIE LIE LIE LIE and STEAL YOUR MONEY for ZERO SERVICE. They completely void any contract they give you.
