I have bought a silver anklet for my daughter for her 1st B'day in Nathella, Velachery. Anklet was very thick & with lots of bells in it. My husband, my mom & I actually wanted to try it in the showroom itself and since we liked it, we bought it. So we made my daughter wore the anklet in the showroom itself.
The anklet was cut into two pieces (broken) within a month. We went to the showroom on 4-Sep-10 to replace it. We misplaced the bill somewhere and we told the shop that we don't have the bill on hand. We asked them to check the seal in the anklet to make sure it was purchased from them.
