I am staying in Anna Nagar. I had problem with my pc for which I had done services from many places and the problem was still occurring after 10 or 15 days.People from various companies came and I went with my pc to serveral places too. After all while searching in internet I came to know about this company.I saw the comments by various people. I had called and been told that they can't provide a door step service as I am in Anna Nagar. I brought the pc to their office.I first hesitated as it was a small office. I am using computers for the past 12 years. I have changed it twice and now I have also bought a laptop for my son. We also have 12 systems in our office. All these years I have literally been struggling to find a good computer service person. I would have tried more than 25 different persons but have never been happy nor comfortable with them. I am using Devi Systems service for the past 4 years. I have recommended them to my family friends and relatives. All of us are happy and satisfied. Initially I had called somebody else after the first visit of Devi Systems due to their high service charge. The moment he stepped in to my house, I felt uncomfortable and realized that he is of low standard.I was able to make out the difference between Devi Systems and the other one. First of all thanks to "Ask Laila" Team for showing me the best option while checking for the best computer services in chennai.I live in adyar. I have called many people to service my computer. All I found was that they send people who doesn't know anything about computers. The moment they reach my place they start calling someone on their mobile phone and start telling the problems and the person on the other end start dictating to this one here.I was totally fed up of this scenario. Hi,
I am Sanjay Gupta. I have an office with 15 PCs and had a problem of not able to access yahoo web sites in all my computer. I tried rectifying the problem by calling, say nearly 15 so called computer service people. None of them were able to rectify the problem. Around 3 people had formatted my PC also. Still the problem was there. They gave lots of stupid reasons for their inefficiency. Then I called Devi Systems & Solutions. Mr.Ravi Kumar visited my office and in just 3 Hours all my PCs were able to access yahoo websites. Truly a brilliant job done by devi systems.

I am using Devi Systems & Solutions services for the past 4 years. I never felt any need for searching any others. Excellent service. For the past 4 years what I noticed in them is, they are improving day by day and if you are looking for cheap services, these are not your people. I contacted Devi Systems and Solutions for my desktop PC issue. Since their rates were very high, I called and talked to two three other service people. While talking with them, I realized that all of them were quite low profiled with very low subject knowledge. Hence, without bothering about the rates, I called back Devi systems. Their engineer was there in my house for more than 3 hours to rectify the problem. I was really impressed by his politeness, good mannerism and very professional approach. Looking at these comments I visited Devi Systems 2 days before for my desktop problem. It looked like a small office from the road. I was not happy seeing the small office. But to take a look at, I went inside. After talking for a while I understood that this was the right place I was looking for. I upgraded my PC. I was also informed that for any issues relating to warranty claims, I can contact them and they will do the job for me. All I have to do is to make a phone call to Devi Systems and sit back. This is what really attracted me. In other places I had to take the concerned part to their respective service centers for claiming warranty or replacements. This really saves my time and effort. Thumps up to Devi Systems.

Dear All,
I have been searching for a professional service for my computers and laptops for the past 5 to 6 years. I have seen so many people who claim that they are computer professionals, but with no deep knowledge. After searching for a while i saw the above comments on ask laila.I wanted try this people. I have called for a problem in my laptop, which I was facing for a long time. One Mr.Ravi Kumar from Devi Systems & Solutions came to my house and fixed it in 5 minutes. Very polite,decent and disciplined young chap.I have not seen such a prompt time keeping personnel in any field. Excellent service. No worry for paying more. I too recommend them. I personally agree that the above comments would be true.

For people of my age group Devi Systems & Solutions is a blessing. They know very well to talk politely and explain things. They want their customers to come back, not like many in the market. According to the solutions that they provide, they are cost effective. I personally recommend them.
