My husband and I have spent 2 nights at MASA HOTEL-EGMORE CITY, CHENNAI AND, SERIOUSLY, WOULDN'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE! We made the biggest mistake of booking the hotel 2 days before coming to Chennai and, since everything was already booked and the price was affordable, we decided to stay here. The room was really really stinky! The floor was all covered with an old and dirty carpet. Rooms were not Clean AT ALL..In fact itâs not a hotel. Like a hostel with Cement and Garbage inside the hotel everywhere. Staff surly and aggressive. They have dead roaches all over the hotel. The bath area was full of dirty black stuff.
