To: The General Manager Kapico Motors, 309, Poonamallee High Road, Kilpauk, Chennai-600010, Tamil Nadu From: Vijay Kumar Sharma, owner of Wagon R TN 07 CE 2778. My car was taken for servicing on 24 March 2017. Later it was to go to body shop for paint touch up under insurance. My car was delivered back to me at my office at 07 PM on 31 March 2017 at premises of my office in car parking. I was told that It will be given to me by 4 PM on same date but it was delayed repeatedly by your executive, who was on phone. She kept telling me it will leave in next 15 minutes for your office.
