three days before i had bill payment but they didt call release my num , i had complaint more then 10 times but they wont response the customer tis is worst service so people dont buy Aircel connection

aircel is the worst service i have ever seen... they charge even to talk with customer care executive... what the hell is this??? and pocket internet... waste of money... doesn't open the page at all.. able to use only in midnight... then what about day time??? useless service provider...

I also have experiences the same problem with Aircel. They activated the Pocket internet connection istead of GPRS connection. My phone doesnt support WAP.I have sent ample mails to corporate customer care. no response. planning to cancel my postpaid connection.

aircell customer care is a waste affair and waste of our valuable time .they generally always not respond to the complaints.Thyey tell stories about the save tigers but not save the customer tigers.
I am trying to contact the technical bench of aircell for the past 3 days.called them 100 times and sent SMS to activate my pocket internett facility.
