Cheater Kerala Tour Operator
This is my bitter experience of relying on tour operator while vacationing in Kerala during Puja vacation of 2011.
This Mr. Rajesh Nair and his Travel Associates, as I observed, is a big cheat, just looking for an opportunity to cheat innocent tourists. The cheat Rajesh has offices at Chennai (No 107, Opposite To Tamilnadu Tourism, Walaja Road, Chepauk, Chennai â 600005 ) and some other places of South India. I sincerely request tourists travelling to south India to keep away from this great cheat.

Worst Experience...transportation is horrible and drivers are too horrible in driving... preferring short cuts and not selecting NH ways (to avoid tollgate).....
No response in case of emergencyâ¦. Try any good travels from Chennai
Dont ever turn to this travels.......

I was recommended to use the services of Travel Associates for my tour package to Kerala backwaters / Munnar during end of May 2011. We were extremely disappointed with the arrangements made. The resort chosen for us Ayur County has non-existence services. It is pathetic and sad to be in scenic surroundings with such meager amenities. Involvement of the client to pay charges to the local contractors like the house-boat in charge, and the tour vehicle driver was again showing very bad management on part of Travel Associates. We had already paid Travel Associates at Chennai in advance, despite this we had to pay at the point of tours!!!
