worst service centre. One fat lasy sits in the front gate and she does not know what to do for customer problems. She acts as she knew everythig. worst people and they do not know the value of users. AirTel officials needs to look into this and act accordingly. ARC guys are just useless and they do not bother about ArTel business and they will not care about the value of the customers. Stupid ARC. Please do not visit it. Hallo Airtel: Please close down the idiotic ARC for getting better satisfaction from the customers

Very worst service.. they are not respect the customers...i went to that show room to change my connection post paid to prepaid, but that customer service people always saying the network problem. I have tried to change my connection for past one month, but still i didn't.No proper response..They treating the customers very rudely..No customer satisfaction.So i planned to change airtel to some other network..
Exceedingly poor service. They seem to be not humans working there. Documents were submitted and useless person has not processed the same and due to which my connection is disconnected. Will the Airtel authorities look into it on SOS basis or will they also behave similarly?
