Please do not buy any product from Vivieks, they cheat people. I have bought a refregirator and it is more than 20 days now I have not got the delivery of the same. When I call up the customer care they say they don't know and when I call up the show room they say it will be delivered but they don't know when. This is the condition of this show room so please do not buy any product from them.
Please don't buy any product in this shop, worst customer service, I have ordered AC, THEY TOOK 20 DAYS TO DELIVER THE PRODUCT. better close the showroom if you can't deliver the product at promised time. No Stars. Minus 200 percentage. DASH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BEEP SHOWR
On Oct 9, 2014, I bought a Samsung Front Loading Washing Machine ( Sl No: HO355PAF80DB03) at a cost of Rs 23,800 plus delivery charges. I also bought an extended warranty at an additional cost of Rs 600.Their bill No.11441409900 at Counter 4 refers.The appliance was bought from Vivek's in T Nagar

DAY ITSELF IT WENT GUTTED AND AFTER FOLLOW UP OF ONE MONTH THEY REPLACED ONE PART AND AGAIN IT GOT BROKE
BREAK DOWN IN OCT 2012 AND APRIL 2012, SERVICE FROM VIVEKS WAS ATROCIOUS.
MY ADVICE TO ALL DONT VENTURE TO BUY FROM VIVEKS T NAGAR, YOU CAN GET ABETTER SERVICE FROM ANY OTHER
