guys pls dont buy products in viveks because i bought the lcd tv they delivered demo piece to my house.i found by comparing the code of demo piece and new one it was same.SO WHEN YOU BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM ANY SHOP TAKE THE PIC OF CODE NUMBER AND COMPARE THEM.
Manager should clearly understand where the goods to be delivered. Now a days, young guys are purchasing goods through Bajaj Finance for their parents. While purchase they show their residence address and ask the show room Manager to deliver some other address where parents are living. To avoid unnecessary delay your management should emphasis to take care of delivery and ensure the timed delivery.My daughter paid the money on 30th May 2015, till today not deliver the goods.From Monday onwards, I am following through mobile, customer care number,still they are saying it would be delivered next day. Apart from this I do not know when will complete the installation, as Naveen registered his pain on 25th April 2015
one of the worst customer service showroom in chennai. pls dont use this showroom any of the outlet or branch of viveks. two times these people are doing this. am taking this issue to the consumer court. they making the people fool. and dont belive in their offer of news paper. entierly flake offers.

very worst service..Its been two weeks since i bough the product. Service person didn't come and do the installation...Alreaady made more than 5 phone calls and 2 direct visits..Worst Worst!!!!
Very worst sales and service... Lying to pull customers and making fake promises...Had a real experience from Vivek's, Tambaram on 22-Oct-2011. Sales persons (especially a guy named shankar) treats customers in a very bad manner...
Worst sales and service experience I have ever had. Lots of promises and nothing was met. I bought 3 products to be installed after a week.The installation happened after 2 weeks in spite of repeated phone calls and direct visit. Worst of all, Viveks had delivered me a faulty refrigerator. Wow, what a service !!!!!!!!!!!!! I would definitely suggest everyone NOT to buy from Viveks.
